Scott will cover as many tricks, techniques, and tips as possible in the time allotted to help you create an assortment of Fabulous, Fancy, and Funky Hat quilt blocks. There is no pattern to buy, you will be going full-on Improv! There will be a bit of homework to do before this party, and this course is for confident quilters who don’t mind a little bit of calculating their overall plan on graph paper.
