Level: Confident Beginner - Advanced
Size: Wall Hanging or Table Runner
Join us in celebrating nature’s foliage! The leaves of deciduous trees and bushes paint our hills and valleys with color throughout the seasons. Varying in size, these patterns celebrate colorful leaves from around the world. The patterns are small wallhanging size, or combine multiple blocks for a table run- ner or even a larger quilt. In this workshop, we will take traditional patchwork a step further. A brief discussion introduces the design method. You will then prepare a freezer paper template and begin the process of selecting fabrics. We will also discuss sewing methods and sewing order to complete your project.
Pattern Required: Choose from Bigleaf Maple, Black Oak, Gingko, or Hawaiian Ti Leaf by Ann Shaw.
